Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Supporting Project Director with project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
∎ • Collaborating with Project Director, project team and project sponsors to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
∎ • Ensuring key project meetings are scheduled timely, minutes preparing & distributing among the respected directors.
∎ • To maintain diary management, contract management, document production, financial management and meeting administration.
∎ • Building business cases and analyzing financial data (including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation) in order to provide financial reports and budget outlines to the Project Director and maintain documentation.
∎ • Ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently and according to plan while upholding the company's standards.
∎ • Assist in drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
∎ • Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
∎ • Liaising with clients and suppliers as a representative of the Company for the projects assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Strong leadership skills.
∎ Strong stakeholder management skills especially with senior managers.
∎ Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Strong attention to details and technicalities.
∎ Excellent organizational and technical skills.
∎ Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.

Salary:
