∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Hotel & Restaurant, Office Management, Planning, Production/ Operation Management, Protocol

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to outsource, hire and recruit appropriate staffs and officers to run and operate, secure and maintain entire area.
∎ Responsible to secure and obtain necessary clearance, permission and approvals from relevant authorities and agencies.
∎ Organize and coordinate all the pre-launch activities (e.g. all sorts of construction work for resorts building, easements, amenities, etc.) on establishing resorts and maintain cooperation with management, all internal and external sponsors.
∎ Responsible to prepare, produce and publish all sorts of branding and promotions.
∎ Responsible to progress update from Civil, Electrical & Mechanical department and submit report to the management time to time for a smooth completion of the project.
∎ Coordinate with different department under the Project and compile them as per requirement.
∎ Appraise performance of the Providers & participants (including various contractors of civil, electrical and mechanical) to engage proper assigned works and monitor their performance to mitigate obligations.
∎ Maintain documents, file, related papers and keep them updated to ensure the proper documentation.
∎ Keep relationship with different government agencies, law enforcing agencies, consultants etc.
∎ Conduct regular meeting with all the members of the project management and prepare meeting minutes, highlight agenda and circulate it.
∎ Develop Strategic plan to manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and services.
∎ Prepare presentation with all updated reports and close monitoring with the team to execute the plan according to the time frame.
∎ Evaluate and verify employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least experience in one multi storied Hotel project
∎ Experience in dealing with foreign consultants, contractors, etc.
∎ Positive approach to solve critical situation
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English
∎ Advanced knowledge on Computer operation (e.g especially on Microsoft Project)

Salary: Negotiable
