Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc. / B.Sc. in EEE from any reputed Public or Private University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure necessary design-drawing (SLD, ELD, S-Build Drawing, LPS, Thermal Scan and Electrical Load Management) etc. as per standard of RSC, NIRAPON, Local laws and other requirement.
∎ To ensure (additionally) Fire Detection & Protection System, Fire Separation with sound knowledge regarding installation of all instrument of Electrical and Fire as per standard of RSC & NIRAPON.
∎ Responsible for Performing Testing & Commissioning (T&C), Inspection, Verification of Electrical & Fire as required of RS & NIRAPON.
∎ To ensure and implementation of all required policies, procedures and others documents to meet the buyers and RSC & NIRAPON standard.
∎ Handling capacity of all dedicated team/person and consist/change the team as required to ensure on time work accomplishment.
∎ Capability to ready necessary estimate/LC to submit and collect work related materials from elsewhere.
∎ Responsible for Planning & supervising for the whole Project for materials Costing and budge.
∎ Responsible for Prioritization of work schedule (Short, Middle & Long Term) as required.
∎ To ensure that the Responsible for Providing engineering support to the RSC/NIRAPON inspection program and training initiatives
∎ Responsible for Producing inspection reports and design document review comment in accordance with RSC/ NIRAPON protocols.
∎ To coordinate and follow up work activities, repair & maintenance of all Electrical, electromechanical & mechanical equipment for all Units.
∎ To ensure by list up of all materials, equipment, machineries, parts of various factories to keep record and provide where will require.
∎ Responsible for coordinating with related department/team members, contractors, vendor, supplier, consultant for implementation the construction project & maintenance works;
∎ Prepare of operation and maintenance reports, corrective work done in a monthly and quarterly basis. Material specification cost and estimate that are needed for repair, operation and maintenance.
∎ Co-ordination with Compliance team to achieve certification from approved concern;
∎ Communicate to RSC & NIRAPON with factory concern to solve the issues and submit CAP & documents.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the higher management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience Requirements: 15 to 25 year(s)
∎ At least 5-7 years' experience in RMG sector as a GM/DGM-Engineering.
∎ The applicants should have practical experienced on Electrical, Electro Mechanical, Utility Service, Fire & Safety, Structural and other Maintenances functions of RMG/Textiles sector.
∎ Excellent Leadership skill
∎ Good knowledge in writing & good Communication Skills
∎ Sound Technical Knowledge
∎ Good Analytical Skills
∎ Good Negotiation skills
∎ Must have good computer knowledge
