Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Building Materials, Civil Construction, Construction Equipment, Construction Estimating, Drawing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to run administration and construction independently.
∎ Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
∎ Review the project in depth to schedule deliberates and estimate cost.
∎ Monitor compliance with building and safety regulation.
∎ Plan and implement project work as per design, drawing and time schedule.
∎ Supervise and guide the project manpower (Project Manager/Site Manager/Site Engineer).
∎ Understand the quality standard and arrange timely supply of required construction materials.
∎ Coordinate with all concern to solve the local and all other problem related with implementation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Retired engineers from LGED/BWDB or any other Government organizations will get preference.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Deserving Candidate will be offered lucrative compensation package.
