Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: IEB Inrollment

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Engineering, Mega project, Real state Developer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Closely work with estimator, engineers, surveyors and architects.
∎ Develop planning strategy and process.
∎ Prepare planning SOP and other policies.
∎ Lock the designs with Consultant and Higher management.
∎ Estimators and surveyors to prepare cost and Budget.
∎ Oversee logistics, deploy workers, manager available budgets with HOD- Construction & Supply Chain.
∎ Keep projects on track and manager conflicting priorities and ensure that work is on schedule.
∎ Producing progress reports and forecasts for team members, clients and management.
∎ Breaking large jobs down into phases of development.
∎ Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
∎ Creating, maintaining and reviewing a program of work.
∎ Planning contingency programs in case timeframes change.
∎ Working between Higher Management and on-field Construction Managers.
∎ Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory perquisites.
∎ Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes.
