Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. / M.Sc. from any other reputed university but candidates with engineering background will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To establish strict administration & discipline in the company.
∎ To establish a strong administrative system in the organization.
∎ To ensure foolproof safety &security in the organization.
∎ To ensure strict functioning of Access Control & Time Attendance System, Deployment of Security Guards, Fire Fighting System, Evacuation Procedure & Emergency situation management & all other relevant issues.
∎ To ensure optimum utilization of all resources of the company such as human resources, machines, furniture, IT equipment, lands & buildings etc.
∎ To establish team spirit & congenial working atmosphere in the company.
∎ To establish transparency & accountability in every operation of the organization.
∎ To establish strict SOP regarding goods in & out of the company.
∎ To look after Wastage management, Housekeeping, Facilities management, Transport management etc.
∎ To ensure proper routine repair & maintenance of company's all machineries, equipment, vehicles etc.
∎ To obtain & renew all kinds of regulatory documents such as Building approval, Factory License, Fire License, Environment clearance, Acid License, Diesel storage license, BERC License for generator etc.
∎ Dealing with Govt. and regulatory affairs authority, Law enforcement agencies, intelligence authority, Labor Court, DOE, DIFE, FSCD, Police Station, REB
∎ To ensure monthly, quarterly & yearly inventory of all assets of the company.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Must have 10 - 20 years working experience in administration in any reputed Steel manufacturing industry or similar type of manufacturing industry from which at least 5 years as GM (Administration) / Head of Administration.
∎ Must have clear understanding about steel manufacturing industry.
∎ Must have good relation with REB / PDB / DESCO / DESA / WASA & other relevant utility authorities.
∎ Should be an excellent team player with sharp IQ.
∎ Should have ability to work under pressure .
∎ Should have strong communication skill.
