Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administer all activities of the project including sales, training, security, surveillance, local administration, liaison with govt. agencies/authorities etc..
∎ Handle all types of problem at the premise and act as a key person.
∎ Handle incoming/outgoing materials/accessories/goods in the premise/warehouse/store
∎ Liable for Fire related issues, factory license, govt certificate issuance and other compliance issues of the project
∎ Responsible for maintaining protocol & Transport services.
∎ Other duties assigned by authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have at least 10 years of relevant experience.
∎ Retired army officer will be preferred for the position.
∎ Should have leadership quality to handle the security system, store, house keeping & sales team.
