Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure accurate calculation and proper documentation of overtime hours worked by staff, and oversee the approval and processing of overtime claims.
∎ Prepare and issue HR-related documents such as office notes, memos, letters, and circulars.
∎ Maintain and update HR records including attendance, leave, and personal files.
∎ Handle general administration tasks such as recruitment, safety, and legal affairs.
∎ Manage staff database and HR MIS updates.
∎ Oversee the recruitment process and ensure fair selection practicesPrepare Job Descriptions for employees and maintain personnel files.
∎ Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.Monitor attendance, leave management, and salary-related expenditures.
∎ Assist in updating HR policies and ensure effective implementation.
∎ Manage pre- and post-employment processes, including reference checks and certificate verification.
∎ Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes.
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of HR software and maintain data accuracy.
∎ Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
