∎ Advanced proficiency in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS)
∎ Strong understanding of military logistics and procurement processes
∎ Experience with GPS and remote sensing technologies
∎ Proficiency in spatial analysis and statistical modeling
∎ Knowledge of database management systems
∎ Familiarity with military security protocols and data handling procedures
∎ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
∎ Strong communication abilities to present complex data to non-technical
∎ Advanced proficiency in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create detailed, multi-layered maps for strategic planning
∎ Assist in the development of GIS-based decision support systems for military procurement processes, considering factors such as supplier locations, transportation networks, and geopolitical risks.
∎ Perform complex spatial analyses to optimize supply routes, storage locations, and distribution networks for military
∎ Create heat maps and density analyses to identify high-risk areas for equipment failure or supply chain disruptions.
∎ Participate in disaster response planning, using GIS to model potential impacts
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure GIS data accuracy and relevance in procurement decision-making processes.
∎ Create detailed reports and visualizations to support decision-makers
