Job Responsibilities:
∎ Skilled in Project Management, including planning, budgeting and reporting.
∎ Preparation of Drawings, Technical Specification, BOQ & Budget of Capital Machineries of Garments and Textiles, 33/11/.415 kV Substations, Lean Burning Generators, Energy Monitoring System, HVAC, Waste Water Recycling plant, Tri-Generation System of the projects being handled.
∎ Managing procurement of Capital Machineries and Electro-Mechanical materials (globally and locally) within the approved CAPEX, OPEX and pre-described technical specifications and parameters.
∎ Control and manage the engineering team through regular site visits as necessary in order to assess progress, safety and quality.
∎ Check and authorize orders and invoices ensuring that agreed financial regulations and procedures are followed.
∎ Preparation and adhering to preventive maintenance and spare parts schedule for Capital and Electro-Mechanical Machineries as to reduce non-productive hours and operational costs while maximizing equipment's life.
∎ Conduct internal energy audits to identify energy-saving opportunities and take necessary energy-efficient measures which are financially, environmentally and socially sustainable.
∎ Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to promote energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives while providing technical support in compliance with engineering codes and standards.
∎ Knowledgeable in renewable energy technologies such as solar photovoltaic systems and bio-mass energy systems.
∎ Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze energy data and prepare reports and presentations while also taking informed decisions.
