Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive direction from and report to the board of director
∎ Assist to the establishment of the JV company
∎ Develop procedure documents as per company Organization including project construction and operation.
∎ Understand and be familiar with the relevant laws, regulations, guidelines and policies of the local country, and be fully responsible for the construction, operation and management of the company.
∎ Responsible and management for establishing good public relations and communication channels, developing and utilizing various resources, improving the company's business performance, and ensuring the smooth implementation of the project construction and operation.
∎ Ensure Milestone and KPI successfully achieved in each project stage asper CONTRACT.
∎ Should have 25 years' experience on similar work.
∎ Other tasks assigned by superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Reading, writing & speaking in Chinese & English Language is essential.
