∎ Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale transmission line projects.

∎ Proficiency in project management tools and software.
∎ Familiarity with international standards and industry best practices.
∎ Results-oriented with a focus on achieving project objectives.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Direct the execution of all facets of high-voltage transmission line projects, encompassing planning, design, construction and commissioning.
∎ Provide strategic guidance to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to attain project milestones.
∎ Possess extensive knowledge of transmission line engineering, construction, and maintenance.
∎ Evaluate project feasibility, technical risks, and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
∎ Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules.
∎ Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
∎ Effectively manage subcontractors, vendors, and project resources.
∎ Engage with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and local communities.
∎ Represent the company in project-related meetings, negotiations, and public forums.
∎ Address stakeholder concerns to maintain positive relationships.
∎ Implement rigorous quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
∎ Ensure strict adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and best practices.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and audits.
∎ Develop project budgets, track expenses and optimize resource allocation.
