Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales & Marketing of Major Product like as Wilo Pump (Germany), Volt Electric Motor (Turkey), Goldentech Air Blower & Diffuser (Taiwan), Mann Hummel UF & MBR Membrane (Germany), LG RO Membrane (Korea), Katalox Light Iron Media (Germany), Seko Metering Dosing Pump & Controller (Italy), Grampus Mud Pump (Taiwan), RO Chemical (UK), Ion Exchange Resin, Screw Press, Filter Press, MBBR Media, FRP Vessel, Air Operated Pump, Dynamic Pump, Flow Meter, Activated Carbon etc.
∎ Sales and Marketing of Project like as ZLD Plant, MBR ETP & MBR STP Plant, ETP plant, STP Plant, RO Plant, UF Plant, Softener Plant, Iron removal Plant, DM Plant, RO-DM plant, Swimming Pool, Deep Tube Well, Rain Water Harvesting Plant, Booster System and relevant equipment
∎ Prepare Annual Sales Target for the Marketing Team
∎ Prepare Product and Vendor (Brand) wise sales target
∎ Visit potential clients
∎ Planning and development of new client’s base
∎ Follow up Marketing Person on Repeat orders for existing customers.
∎ Preparing and delivering technical presentations explaining products or services to customer’s requirements.
∎ Supervise Design & Drawing Team to prepare their works.
∎ Supervise Design and Implementation team to make understand customer requirements and provide support as per demand.
∎ Supervise Implementation Team for smooth completion of the project and ensure all the necessary support from the Client as per work order or as per requirement.
∎ Negotiation and closing sales and involve Supervisor and Management where necessary
∎ Follow-up Marketing Person for Submission of Bill in due time to the customer and maintain received copy of that
∎ Follow-up Marketing Person Collection of Bill in due time as per work order or commitment
∎ Maintain Work Order copy and all other sales, collection and Due related document
∎ Prepare and Update List of Customer, Consultant
∎ Sort out Potential Customer and Deal with Specific Product for Specific Customer
∎ Business development in Government Sector
∎ Business Development in private sector.
∎ Supervise team leader, Ensure Chain of Command and work as a Team
∎ Report Managing Director about the work update
∎ Provide client support with proper and update information to the Marketing Engineer during potential client visit.
∎ Prepare and deliver technical presentations consist information of product and service as according to the customer's requirement.
∎ Follow up closely marketing person and help them to convert potential query to order.
∎ Post-sales follow up and Supervise of the Projects
∎ Gather market pricing and positioning of all competitors as well as strategic planning.
∎ Monitor Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly sales and visit reports for business reviews.
∎ Monitor All official Online Reporting updated.
∎ Monitor and Review Daily Work plan of the Marketing Person
∎ Conduct Weekly Meeting for Marketing Team and supervise preparation of Meeting Minutes
∎ Conduct Monthly Factory Meeting of Company and Supervise preparation of Meeting Minutes
∎ Conduct and Arrange Training for the Development of the employee
∎ Supervise Tender Team and Check the prepared tender document before submission.
∎ Perform Lost Order Analysis and try to sort out the fact with the help of team leader
∎ Prepare Logic for PLC Programming of MBR Plant
∎ Prepare Logic for PLC Programming of UF Plant
∎ Lead the Teams to Achieve sales target as per profitability plan.
∎ Have to travel all over the country for Business Development whenever required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science/ Chemical/Civil/Mechanical A minimum of 15 years of experience in water treatment technology, with at least 7 years in a managerial role.
∎ Strong technical knowledge and understanding of various water treatment processes, such as filtration, disinfection, membrane technology, and chemical treatment.
∎ Proven track record in successfully leading and managing teams, projects, and operations in the water treatment industry.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Demonstrated business acumen and a results-driven mindset.
∎ Familiarity with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in water treatment.
∎ Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
