∎ Excellent communication in both English and Bengali.
∎ Proficient in using MS word, MS Excel.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
∎ Ensure high-quality guest experiences through consistent service excellence.
∎ Maintain safety, hygiene, and quality standards across the resort premises.
∎ Keep up to date with licensing legislation and take legal responsibility for the premises.
∎ Manage operational budgets, control costs, and monitor inventory.
∎ Ensure proper documentation of bill & voucher.
