Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring Project and supervise the workers and technicians.
∎ Ability to handle land survey to acquire perfect area of the land.
∎ Ability to handle Rajuk officials to get building plan approval.
∎ He must have to know and follow all the sequence of building construction step by step.
∎ To prepare the bill of quantity and materials requisition for project.
∎ To co-ordinate and deal with Architectural, Electrical, structural, and plumbing Engineer for the project supervision.
∎ To ensure utility (Electricity, Gas, water) connection of the project prior to the project start.
∎ To deal and supervise with the sub-contractors of the project such as; piling, grill, wood, Thai, tiles etc.
∎ To handle all types of materials purchase such as; Steel, cement, bricks, sand, etc.
∎ To check back contractor's bill and payment.
∎ To deal with all types of labor in the project.
∎ Will be responsible for giving update of the constructions works to the top management daily and weekly basis.
∎ The applicants should have experience in project supervision, complete projects Handover Experience.
∎ As a general manager, he must have the capability of handling coordinators and labors and the ability to complete total projects works in a given schedule time.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8 years working experience in Real Estate sector.

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
