Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure on time delivery of materials by best competitive price comply with best quality in the category.
∎ Identify market behavior, threats & opportunities, competitors' strategy and customer trends to review procurement strategy.
∎ Import of building materials from different country as much as possible especially finishing materials.
∎ Regular monitoring of price negotiation, terms & conditions and others issues with suppliers.
∎ Develop & improve strategy for procure quality materials with best competitive price.
∎ Ensure capable suppliers sourcing, identifying and recruitment.
∎ Ensure cross checking of materials rate from real market source & other companies.
∎ Forecasting of crisis materials and finding probable solution.
∎ Ensure periodical suppliers awareness about quality and in time delivery of materials and morality.
∎ Ensure materials C.S./P.L. efficiently with best competitive price.
∎ Arrange co-ordination meetings with other departments as and when required.
∎ Ensure effective implementation of ISO procedure.
∎ Arrange training session with team members to enhance their practical knowledge, skill & efficiency.
∎ Ensure company policies in every stage.
∎ Any other job given by management as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ 22 years of experience in supply chain out of which 15 years in real estate sector is a must.
∎ Expertise in real estate related procurement.
∎ Expertise in materials sourcing and import including L.C, commercial and port related issues.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, hard working, well organized, self driven, have good personality and possess leadership quality.

Salary: Negotiable
