∎ BSc in Mechanical/ EEE/ IE/ IP Engineering from a reputed institute/university.

∎ At least 20 years professional experience in relevant field with 4 years of experience as plant head.
∎ Excellent Leadership Skills is mandatory.
∎ Should be an excellent team leader playing the vital role of running the entire operations of the factory.
∎ Well conversant with Negotiation Skills & Public Speaking.
∎ Be responsible for increased productivity and Technical Development ensuring full utilization of resources at minimum cost and breakdown.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and direct the plant activities to achieve stated targets and standards for Production, Quality, Culture, Financial performance, and legislative adherence.
∎ Contribute to plan, develop and implement strategy for optimum operational management, that covering entire operation, i.e. manufacturing, logistics, SCM, administration, whatever falls within remit according to organization's structure.
∎ Coordinate with Plant Incharge, Functional/Departmental Head to understand all the necessary aspects and needs of operational development, and to ensure they are fully informed of operational objectives, purposes and achievements.
∎ To monitor & evaluate the senior official’s performance, like plant incharege, departmental head and other officials if applicable.
∎ Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all internal & external stakeholders, partners and regulatory/Govt. official bodies.
∎ Ensure activities meet with and integrates organizational requirement for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of the factories.
∎ Establish and maintain appropriate system for measuring necessary aspects of operational management and development.
∎ Developing strategies to ensure the plant meets production goal and standard at minimal manufacturing cost.
∎ Manage and control factories expenditure within agreed budgets.
∎ Report to the Management Authority for factories plans and performance.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time.
