Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters from any reputed university (highly experienced but graduate candidates will be considered)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Must have minimum,
∎ 10 years of relevant, healthcare experience. Out of that -
∎ At least, 5 years of experience in a leadership position (like, CEO, COO, Head of Operations, GM Operations etc.) of a 100 + bed tertiary care hospital
∎ Sound knowledge in hospital, diagnostics and pharma industries
∎ Proven leadership skills with ability to lead a team toward a Vision
∎ Very good communication skills (both verbal and written in English and Bengali)
∎ High level of negotiation and persuasion skills
∎ Prior experience of working in HIS
∎ Sound knowledge and skill in IT system.
