Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum MBBS degree from a recognized Medical College. MPH will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee & Lead operations for patient care by Medical Services Department according to the rules and regulations set by hospital and local laws, rules and regulations.
∎ Ensure smooth and successful day-to-day operations of Medical Services Department, and thus works closely with physicians, paramedics, nurses, and other medical departments.
∎ Oversee the activities of physicians, including the recruiting and credentialing processes.
∎ Ensure an effective customer/patient complaint management procedure to resolve complaints and do trend analyzing to take preventive measure.
∎ Develop, update and implements the policies and procedures.
∎ Work with Human Resource Department to plan, recruit, develop and retain proper & required human resources for medical services team.
∎ Monitors, controls and reviews the appraisals and reward programs of physicians in association with Human Resource Team.
∎ Prepares, manages, and monitors departmental operating budgets in coordination with Finance.
∎ Work with finance team to formulate tariff for relevant services and ensure statutory compliance including hospital policies regarding financial management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Experience in a tertiary care multi specialty hospital managing clinical service operation is mandatory to apply for this position.
