∎ Only Retired Defense Officers in the rank of Major or equivalent with good health.
∎ Computer literacy and ability to use computer in a technological platform.
∎ Capable of understanding people, environment & company business policies.
∎ Capable of understanding market competitors, movement of products & prepare counter strategies when required.
∎ Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve monthly sales/collection.
∎ Knowledge regarding overall Sales, Distribution, Logistics, Import, HR & Accounts departments and how they operate.
∎ Able to create new business opportunities & successful budgetary plan.
∎ Follow instructions as per management order.

∎ Age 48 to 52 years
