∎ Age 45 to 55 yearsRetired Army Person (Major/ Colonel) having minimum 5 year(s) experience in the Textile sectors will be given preference.The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management and Labor Union Management.Shall be required to make overnight stay inside the site of the Mills for at least 4 (Four) days a week and if required for greater interest of the Mills this could be extended based on circumstances.Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.At least 5-year(s) as DGM & 3-year(s) experience as GM.
