Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering or allied subject from any public university
∎ Medium term training course on process engineering or related from reputed institution of home or abroad will be an added qualification
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 25 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead and maintain whole affairs of administration, Productivity and co-operation of refinery process operation;
∎ To manage all task of factory to ensure smooth productivity by ensuring best quality of refined sugar;
∎ To maintain all other issues related with plant;
∎ To set production target, employ all machinery and resources to meet the deadline;
∎ To address environmental standard set by the law;
∎ Perform any other jobs assigned by the management.
∎ To lead Group of professional people and always target to achieve every challenges.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 50 to 57 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The ideal candidate should have minimum 25 Years of experience, of which at least 5 (Five) Year(s) as a top level position in a reputed Sugar Refinery Industry or Chemical Industry independently & efficiently.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and beyond normal office hour;
∎ Ability to take decision based on fact and situation.
∎ Good health Conditions.
