Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operations of multiple product manufacturing lines within the same factory.
∎ Supervise and monitor department heads (production, maintenance, quality, admin, stores, etc.).
∎ Ensure optimal factory workflow, manpower distribution and output.
∎ Live and operate from the factory premises to ensure 24/7 oversight.
∎ Implement production plans based on demand forecasts and orders.
∎ Coordinate with marketing/sales for production priorities.
∎ Monitor daily, weekly and monthly production targets.
∎ Ensure minimal downtime and optimum machine utilization.
∎ Ensure adherence to quality standards across all product lines.
∎ Monitor machinery performance and preventive maintenance schedules.
∎ Enforce health and safety protocols throughout the factory.
∎ Address any factory-level issues (breakdowns, rework, etc.) promptly.
∎ Oversee raw material availability, store efficiency and stock levels.
∎ Coordinate with the purchase department to ensure timely input availability.
∎ Monitor usage vs wastage; take steps to reduce material loss.
∎ Manage labor and staff across all shifts.
∎ Conduct regular meetings with factory team for performance updates.
∎ Send daily, weekly and monthly production and factory health reports to management.

∎ We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Factory Head who will be responsible for managing the entire operations of our multi-product manufacturing facility. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to lead and supervise production, maintenance, manpower, quality control, inventory, safety and coordination between departments. The ideal candidate must reside within the factory premises and take full ownership of operational efficiency, cost control, timely production and compliance.
