Job Responsibilities:
∎ As the Head of Customer Service lead the whole team.
∎ Look after all Pre- and Post-handover Service including Registration Dept. with his own leadership skills.
∎ Able to make strategy of Customer Service Dept. and implementation of strategy accordingly.
∎ Work with an aim to "Win the customer's heart and zero customer dissatisfaction”
∎ Able to achieve the quantitative goals.
∎ 15-20 years of experience in a customer eccentric organisation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Very good command in English
∎ Able to make relationship with customer easily
∎ Able to solve the any critical issue independently
∎ Know the works process of Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, Post hand Over Service, Registration etc.
Salary: Negotiable
