∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieves operational objectives by contributing information to and reviews; customer service standards resolving problems and help with implementing necessary change. Referring them to the Project Manager.
∎ Assistant in evaluation and solution of potential field problems, referring them to Project Manager.
∎ Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by supervision.
∎ Conduct quality control activities in accordance with instruction, inspection programs using specified control measuring and testing equipment.
∎ Attend project coordination and owner/contractor/architect/engineer meetings as required.
∎ Tracking/Documentation/Filling of projects progression.
∎ Supervise & monitor multiple projects at a time.
∎ Capable of understand of facade design & implements.
∎ Have experience of different quality of finishing work of the projects.
∎ Requires adaptability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while remaining in awareness of completion dates and understanding of management principles, especially of time management.
∎ Strong architectural document understanding /application and construction verbiage
∎ Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast pace environment.
∎ Approve the quantity checked by the Quantity Surveyor with proper checking and observation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 52 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong proficiency in Windows Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint), 2D & 3D.
∎ Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to work with and manage cross - functional teams.
∎ Strong organizational skills.
∎ Fluent in English.
∎ Have to be self-motivated & team member.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Analytical skill and customer focus.
∎ Ability to work hard
