Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with management regarding design issues and convey the decision to the design team.
∎ Coordinate with design team and collect approval from local authority.
∎ Collect working drawing from design department for preparation of construction planning.
∎ Preparation of master work program using MS project.
∎ Preparation of Budget and Submission of cash flow chart for approval.
∎ Formation of construction team to start construction work.
∎ Preparation of method statement of all construction works.
∎ Manage project activities like execution, Micro Scheduling & planning as per the Master Plan.
∎ Enforce physical controls, contracts control provisions in line with the method statements and other systems and procedures of the company.
∎ Review and interpret proposed designs, architecture drawings & building specifications and ensure execution of the project as designed and planned.
∎ Coordinate with Internal and local architects, structural consultants for designs clarification if required.
∎ Coordinate with contractors for execution of the projects, on a proactive basis.
∎ Ensure proper planning of the execution activities in line with the construction strategy, timely execution and finishing of all services activities like HVAC, plumbing etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have at least 20 years proven experience in relevant field.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills with excellent leadership.
∎ Excellent communication both written & speaking in English.
∎ Should have excellent knowledge on STAADPro, ETABS, Connection design & Auto CAD, etc.
∎ Preparing estimate, budget and BOQ for execution of works.
∎ Ensure adherence to all health & safety standards and report issues.
