Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business Development (Pre-sales and Post sales), Overall supervision & monitoring of projects.
∎ Generating strategies, and finding niche market for Construction, Prot and Railway Equipment's and Products.
∎ Team Leadership - To work with existing Managers and Team Leaders, Engineers & Operators to operate the Business and Ensure overall service in Friendly, Respectful and Professional manners.
∎ Capability to manage Business team and technical team.
∎ Capability to establish business communication with local and foreign suppliers and explore business principals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ MUST be a team player.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both Bengali & English.

Salary: Negotiable
