Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Communication in Japanese language is highly preferred or need to mind set to learn Japanese language.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generating strategies, and finding market for Construction, Port and Railway Equipment's and Products.
∎ To work with existing Managers and Team Leaders
∎ Capability of e-GP, Tender & EoI preparation & submission to Word Bank, JICA , Ministry of defense ,Govt. Authorities & Private Sector
∎ Capability to establish business communication with local and foreign suppliers.
∎ Sourcing foreign principal for local / International Tender.
∎ Communicate with different Govt. Authority Like CPA, MPA,Waterboard, Matarbari, DGDP, BWDB, BR, Metro Rail
∎ Presentation preparation & submission for different Authority
∎ MUST be a team player.
∎ Follow up Procurement to pay cycle for individual Projects.
∎ To work with Management for supply chain works for individual projects

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the business & supply chain area(s):
∎ Should have knowledge about turnkey projects,
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali;
∎ Must have advanced basic computer skills i.e. Ms Word, Ms Excel/MS Powerpoint, E-mail etc.
∎ Must have experience in Tendering, business analysis, purchasing.
∎ Must have knowledge on CPTU & PPR 2008 guidance.

Salary: Negotiable
