∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Professional Business Degree (MBA and or BBA from Reputed University)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all sales and business development activities to generate revenue from the assigned market across the entire opportunity management cycle.
∎ Manage the sales cycle responsibility from cold calling to negotiating and closing the final deal.
∎ Meet or exceed individual sales goals through prospecting and winning new revenue-generating relationships.
∎ Utilize advanced sales, communications and business skills to position appropriate solutions, overcome objections / resistance and close the sale.
∎ Relationship Building and Account Management.
∎ Identify potential sector, market, clients and add value to portfolio diversification
∎ Guide team members for their development in areas of new client addition, target achievement, client visit, portfolio management etc
∎ Optimize resources (direct and indirect) to achieve the business plans.
∎ Engage with cross functional teams effectively to get things going proactively.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 37 to 45 years
∎ Able to conduct market research through identifying trends, customer segments and product development opportunities.
∎ Able to plan and execute strategy and marketing projects from start to finish with an eye on achieving key metrics
∎ Excellent command over English, both written and verbal
∎ Strong understanding of insights and excellent analytical skill.
∎ Proactive, Articulated, Motivated, Organized, a Self-starter as a Team Player.
∎ Strong capability for interdepartmental coordination

Salary: Negotiable
