∎ At least 5 year(s)

asset management, brockerage house, Capital Market
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Share Brokerage/ Securities House
Job Context:
∎ Extensive knowledge on capital market investment, issue management, portfolio management, corporate advisory and relevant regulations
∎ Fluency in both oral and written communication in English and Bangla
∎ Possess good communication
∎ Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work with teams and build consensus in diverse settings
∎ Fluency in English language is absolutely essential
∎ Outstanding communication and people skills
∎ Knowledge of industry`s legal rules and guidelines
∎ In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles
∎ Should be positive in attitude, result-oriented & ready to take challenges
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make major strategic decisions, manage overall operations and resources and become the public face of the company
∎ Lead the implementation of the business strategies and policies as per guiding principles
∎ Oversight and direction of investment portfolio, including quality control and investment approach
∎ Ensure profitability targets through revenue maximization
∎ Drive a sustainable growth, monitor market dynamics and make investments decisions based on market insights even in the difficult times
∎ Explore new business ideas, acquire sustainable customer base and corporate level service agreement
∎ Fundraising through partner meetings, fundraising events, relationship management, high-profile public presentations and other activities
∎ Develop pitch deck for potential investors, customers and partners and proactively engage in various high-profile public presentations activities
∎ Representing externally and acting as an ambassador of the Company
∎ Set performance indicators to build the health of a sustainable organization
∎ Maintain liaison with regulators and stakeholders of the industry
∎ Make decisions in the best interest of the Board of Directors, employees and customers
∎ Leading the investment processes and play an active role as part of the Internal Investment Committee
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management
