∎ Master of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be target oriented.
∎ Relevant experience in market systems projects and managing sub-contractual relationships and/or grant agreements.
∎ Demonstrated ability to work and coordinate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders.
∎ To develop and implement marketing strategies to increase the market value of Tractor, power Tiller, Reaper & Diesel Engine and compile and provide monthly statistics and commentary on sales and competitors activity to the management.
∎ Identify sales opportunities.
∎ Overall core goal is to establish the business growth through revenue income.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Selling of Tractor, Harvester, and Power tiller within the territory of Bangladesh.
∎ Traveling if necessary, around the country and work in a professional manner.
∎ Collect the latest market information and incorporate them into a marketing plan/strategy
∎ Explore new markets to contribute to the sales growth.
∎ Excellent networking, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
