Freight Forwarding, Freight Forwarding Company, freight forwarding sales, Shipping Liners or Shipping Agencies
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Freight forwarding, Shipping
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare the annual business plan and implementation for the assigned products - Project Logistics, Freight Forwarding, NVOCC, Contract Logistics, and Commodity Sales.
∎ Establish performance goals for all subordinates and monitor performance.
∎ Lead & direct sales & business development through individual initiatives and self-assessment
∎ Ensure compliance to procedures, process and inter-department service understanding and agreements
∎ Achieve the monthly sales budget, by ensuring that the sales team performs activities.
∎ Anticipate and understand the requirements of the Principals/ Agents.
∎ Achieve company business 'Goals and Budget' successfully -in terms of 'revenue' and 'volume'.
∎ Attend customer visit both in local and overseas for sustainable business development
∎ Understand market dynamics impacting upon trade situation and competition analysis
∎ Sound knowledge in sales & documentations of Multimodal services like Air, Sea, Sea/Air, Air/Air and Air/Sea.
∎ Follow up with overseas agents with qualified sales leads to secure businesses.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferable candidate should be well-groomed with full of enthusiasm, aggressiveness & having excellent communication skills.
∎ Fluency in verbal & written English is needed.
∎ Leadership quality.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ The applicants should have experienced in the following areas: Sales & Marketing in air/sea export & import markets, Business development with foreign agents & partners
Salary: Negotiable
