Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters in any Discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent command in English language, both in verbal and written communication.
∎ Sound knowledge of Airline ticketing & reservation software. (GDS system like Sabre, Amadeus & Galileo).
∎ Ability to create and maintain relationships with organizations operating in tourism industries.
∎ Work along with website content team and design marketing campaigns.
∎ Good leadership quality for monitoring staffs responsibilities what includes maintaining healthy customer relations.
∎ Developing online marketing strategies and creating new market opportunities by strengthening brand image.
∎ Able to develop strategic policy & procedures for proper operation and increased productivity.
∎ Ensure proper Administration and Operation/function of the Company in absence of Directors.
∎ Ability to arrange tour packages for the customers travelling domestic and international tours.
∎ Sound knowledge about VISA Processing and Embassy formalities.
∎ Liaison and communicate with existing B2B clients for new plans and promotions.
∎ Develop Relationship & Liaising with ATAB, IATA, TOAB, Tour Associations. Hotel Association.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about MS office, Advance Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, networking.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Training/Trade Course: GDS ticketing system, Ticketing Reservation
∎ Skills Required: Able to work under pressure, Admin, Computer skill, Creative Thinking, Good communication skills, Planning, Problem solving.
∎ At least 2 year of working experience in Tourism Industry
∎ More than 2 Years of experience will get preference.
∎ Note: Candidates selected will be asked to demonstrate and will be tested thoroughly in the interview.
∎ Must have a focused sense of career in travel & tourism
∎ Attend networking events and tourism industry events.
∎ Attend meetings & brief sessions at corporate client's
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visit, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Should possess high level contact with the airlines, vendors and concerned sectors.
∎ Demonstrated collaboration & team building skills
∎ Good public speaking skills
