Educational Requirements

• HSC (Minimum education)Preferred to have a textile industry educational background.

• At least 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Buying House, Garments Accessories, Sweater Industry, Spinning, Dyeing Factory, Washing Factory, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance

• Age 30 to 38 years
• Only Male

• Must Be computer literate and if worked on CAD system will be preferred
• Expertise in Knit Garment.
• Minimum 06 year’s experience in handling knit products.
• Must have clear knowledge of Consumptions, Pattern checking and corrections, Knowledge of CAD is preferred, Strong knowledge of Fit making samples, Dummy fitting, Black seal and Gold Seal Samples is must.
• Should be able to identify Fabrication & be able to steer technical know how in pattern making and be able to guide pattern corrections.
• Must be able to communicate directly with customer & local office on all technical issues related to Pattern, All kind of Fits, Tech pack and grading measurements.
• Must have clear insight of Risk Analysis during development stage, be able to respond to changes and suggest ways to make it Production Friendly.
• Should be able to Train Factory CAD team and work on the line Operation process to deliver the right quality for better Product. Willingness to work on the Sewing floor and Sample Room is a must for success and growth.
• Must be bilingual in English and Bengali.

As a crucial member of our dynamic team, the garment Tech will play a pivotal role in steering the product capability to new heights. Reporting directly to the department head, the incumbent will be responsible for maintaining a seamless flow of communication and delivering comprehensive reports to ensure effective decision-making processes.
