ICT পাঠ্যবই (Class 9–10, HSC, Honours Level) বিষয়ে ভালো ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
ICT বিষয়ভিত্তিক প্রোগ্রামিং ভাষা (যেমন HTML, C, বা Python-এর বেসিক) জানা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।

Responsibilities & Context:
দায়িত্বসমূহ (Job Responsibilities):
নবম শ্রেণি থেকে অনার্স পর্যন্ত ICT বিষয় ও কম্পিউটার বেসিক বিষয় শেখানো।
ICT বিষয়ভিত্তিক প্র্যাকটিক্যাল ক্লাস, প্রজেক্ট ও এক্সারসাইজ পরিচালনা করা।
শিক্ষার্থীদের প্রোগ্রামিং, ডাটাবেস ও ডিজিটাল টুলসের বেসিক ধারণা দেওয়া।
কম্পিউটার বেসিক (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Browsing, Email ইত্যাদি) প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান।
ক্লাসরুম ও ল্যাব ম্যানেজমেন্টে দক্ষতা প্রদর্শন।
লেসন প্ল্যান, স্লাইড ও ট্রেনিং মেটেরিয়াল তৈরি ও আপডেট রাখা।
শিক্ষার্থীদের শেখার অগ্রগতি নিয়মিত মূল্যায়ন ও রিপোর্ট করা।
পরীক্ষার প্রশ্ন তৈরি, মূল্যায়ন ও রেজাল্ট প্রস্তুত করা।
শিক্ষার্থীদের বাস্তবমুখী ICT প্রজেক্টে উৎসাহিত করা।
কোচিং ও একাডেমিক শিক্ষার পাশাপাশি প্রফেশনাল ICT ট্রেনিং মডিউলে অবদান রাখা।
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ভিডিও লেসন / অনলাইন ক্লাস পরিচালনা করা।
ক্লাস রুটিন অনুযায়ী দায়িত্ব পালন ও সময়ানুবর্তিতা বজায় রাখা।
প্রতিষ্ঠানের নীতিমালা ও আচরণবিধি মেনে দায়িত্ব পালন করা।
