Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supporting, training, and supervising front office staff.
∎ Ensuring that all customer-related tasks are handled accurately and on time to improve guests' experience.
∎ Handling customer complaints and special requests.
∎ Scheduling staff shifts and managing other HR-related tasks.
∎ Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the reception area.
∎ Monitoring stock and ordering office supplies, including stationery and information leaflets.
∎ Preparing monthly management reports on customer feedback, bookings, and cancellations.
∎ Managing the departmental budget.
∎ Updating files and records.
∎ Enforcing all cash-handling, checking, and credit procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have to excellent knowledge about NICE Hotel management software.
∎ Speaking and Writing English is must.
∎ Proven working experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibility.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Professional appearance.
∎ Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
∎ Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
∎ Should be able to operate Computer, telephone/Fax, email, Electronic payment gadgets.
∎ Should be able to communicate and work with foreigners.
