Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving visitors/customers at the front desk by greeting and welcoming them courteously & appropriately.
∎ Maintaining visitor & customer record, Keep notes and pass them to the proper authority. Maintain and upkeep the reception area.
∎ Responding calls in a professional manner & forwarding incoming phone calls/messages to related person.
∎ Monitor movement registers of corporate staff.
∎ Maintain & monitor meeting room & event inside office premise.
∎ Distribute all kinds of incoming letters/goods/parcel/ sample/bills etc. & keeping record.
∎ Receive/ disburse all kinds of incoming/outgoing letters/goods/parcel/ sample/bills from/to related courier company representatives.
∎ Assist Admin related job as and when necessary.
∎ Keep up-to-date with all official /business contact numbers.
∎ Provide general administrative support required by any department.
∎ Prepare total visitors to report every day and send to the Administration department
∎ Answer incoming telephone calls, take messages, provide the necessary information, Make community referrals and direct calls to staff members.
∎ Has to be communicated with all the Vendors/ Suppliers for collecting bills.
∎ To be honest.
∎ To take responsibilities.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ She applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support/ Client Service, Help Desk Management, Receptionist/ Front Desk/ HR, Receptionist.
∎ Should be good looking, smart and minimum height will be 5 feet.
∎ Polite, Friendly, Well-mannered with good telephone voice.
Salary: Negotiable
