Call centre training

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend / response to clients' phone calls.
∎ Convey messages to respective Departments.
∎ Convey feedback to clients as received from different Departments.
∎ Generation of different periodical (monthly,weekly etc.) reports.
∎ Making outbound calls as per requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should possess client friendly attitude
∎ Should have patience and problem solving manner
∎ Should understand client needs
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Bangla and English
∎ Should be well conversant in MS Word and MS Excel
