Job Responsibilities:
∎ IECC is looking for to Customer Service Coordinators who will liaison between current and potential students. The successful candidate will accept ownership for effectively solving, complaints and inquiries, keeping students' satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
∎ Understand the products and services provided by the company.
∎ Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly Possess excellent telephone etiquette
∎ Follow up communication when universities/ event is taking place Seize opportunities to upsell University products when they arise
∎ Answer FB messengers by providing accurate, valid and complete information
∎ Follow up with customers for any further information.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and engage by taking the extra mile
∎ Keep records of all conversations in the company database in a comprehensive way
∎ Enter new client data, update the data of existing clients and file the corresponding in CRM
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

∎ Previous experience in a customer support role
∎ Track record of achieving/going the extra mile
∎ Customer service executive the ability to communicate in English and Bangla both - verbally and in writing

∎ Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
∎ Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
