Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Young, Enthusiastic, Energetic, Self-Motivated and Proactive Person as a ``Front Desk Officer" who has the relevant experience to meet desired goal.
∎ Job Location: Banasree, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer incoming telephone calls, assist callers, take messages and provide information.
∎ Welcome guest by greeting, answering questions, responding to requests.
∎ Keep a record of staff movements.
∎ Keep a record of visitors with name, address & contact number
∎ Should be able to handle visitors with a proper and polite manner.
∎ Receiving customer queries and forwarding to the concern department.
∎ Employee Attendance & Register Khata should be maintained.
∎ Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bengali languages.
∎ Reporting day to day activities to the concerned department.
∎ Conducting routine tasks assigned by the management and providing feedback to the management as per company requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 year(s) as a Front Desk or Customer Service Officer.
∎ Proficiency in Computer MS Office.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: Negotiable
