Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): communication skill, Receptionist/ Front Desk
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet visitors and maintain a record of all the guests coming to the office.
∎ Receive and maintain all telephone calls & respond to them in a well- manner, record all telephone messages, and send those to the concerned desk/s.
∎ Effectively communicate with clients and employees.
∎ Receive, check, and dispatch bills, letters, messages, and documents that come to reception and send it to the appropriate places.
∎ Provide general administration support.
∎ Maintain & organize the reception area.
∎ Assist the HR team at the time of interview.
∎ Able to speak English fluently to other visitors and guide them to specific destinations
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Administration, Front Desk working experience, Computer skills, and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
∎ The candidate must maintain safety and hygiene measures.
∎ The candidates with strong personality and presentable appearance will be given preference.
