Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive visitors/customers at the front desk by greeting and welcoming them courteously & appropriately
∎ Receive and maintain all telephone calls & respond to them in a well- manner and forward calls.
∎ Receive, check, and dispatch bills, letters, messages, and documents that come to reception and send it to the appropriate places.
∎ Able to speak English fluently to other visitors and guide them to specific destinations
∎ Receive, check, dispatch bills, letters, messages and documents that come to reception and send it to the appropriate places.
∎ Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 to 3 years in relevant field
∎ Excellent communication skill in both English & Bengali
∎ Must have typing speed of 30-40 per minutes in English and 20-25 words per minutes in Bengali
∎ Proficient in MS Office
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Front Office, IT industry
∎ The candidates with strong personality and presentable appearance will be given preference.
