∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Receptionist/ Front Desk

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend phone calls and forwarding calls to the respective person.
∎ Prepare schedule and confirming appointments, meetings and programs.
∎ Greet and assist to the visitors in a professional manner and keep all records with accuracy.
∎ Receive mail & couriers and dispatch to the respective person.
∎ Organize & maintain files, documents and records and updating them when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Sound written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Salary: Negotiable
