Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving visitors/customers at the front desk by greetings and welcoming them courteously and appropriately.
∎ Maintaining visitor and customer records, keeping notes and passing them to the proper authority. Maintain and upkeep the reception area.
∎ Responding to calls professionally and forwarding incoming phone calls/messages to related persons.
∎ Responsible for maintaining vehicles up to date documents such as registration, insurance, fitness, tax token, road permit etc and Dealing with different govt. authorities and BRTA.
∎ Keep up to date with all Officials/ Business contact numbers.
∎ Ensure that the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and papers.
∎ Maintain contact lists of employees, Customers, Clients, Visitors & Vendors.
∎ Announcement Office notice and other all information to PA system.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the reporting Manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ The applicant should be fluent in English (Both written and oral).
∎ Applicant should be energetic, presentable and civilized.
∎ Applicant must be independent and career oriented.
∎ Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Proven experience as a front desk representative or relevant position.
∎ Customer service orientated.
∎ Strong communication skill.
