Job Context:
∎ Job location Head Office - Kawran Bazar, Dhaka;
∎ Incumbent who lived in nearby places like Banglamotor, Kathalbagan, Farmgate, Malibag, Mogbazar are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving visitors/customers at the front desk by greeting and welcoming them courteously & appropriately;
∎ Receiving and answering the calls quickly and efficiently in a professional manner & forwarding incoming phone calls;
∎ Provide basic and accurate information to the respective person via phone/email;
∎ Provide support to the administrative department when needed;
∎ Reporting to Managing Director / Director / General Manager.
∎ Maintaining log books/registers/parcels;
∎ Keep the record of all employees going out and duration of their stay at out-side.
∎ Receiving and sorting daily mails;
∎ Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable;
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 1-2 Years' experience in the similar fields will be an advantage
∎ Excellent communication skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Good problem-solving skills.
∎ Applicant must be honest, sincere, and hardworking
∎ Should be a self-starter and proactive.
∎ Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Salary: Negotiable
