Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer incoming telephone calls, assist callers, take messages and provide information.
∎ Welcomes guest by greeting, answering questions, responding to requests.
∎ Cooperate with the employees of all departments.
∎ Update and maintain information and program tracking.
∎ Keep a record of staff movements.
∎ Keep a record of visitors with name, address & contact number
∎ Maintain log for all incoming and outgoing letters/emails/documents and dispatch to appropriate staff/persons.
∎ Maintain appointment diary.
∎ Receiving customer queries and forwarding to the concern department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Skills Required: Customer Service, Customer Support, Receptionist/ Front Desk
∎ Females are encouraged to apply
∎ Must have clear and smart voice tone.
∎ Experience in Reception, Customer Support, Front Desk, and Marketing activities.
∎ Must possess good manner and patience to handle visitors/clients.
∎ Convince and impress visitors and convert them to clients.
∎ Good Telephonic manner and excellent interpersonal skill.
∎ Have to be proactive, self-motivated, diligent and good commonsense.
∎ Basic Computer Skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Good listening skill and analytical skill.
∎ Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
∎ Personality: Friendly, cheerful, helpful and smart.
