∎ Skills Required: KORMEE Software, MS Office, Telecommunication

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Compensation Benefits Attendance Leave Management, Front Desk Management, Overtime calculation

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Response Incoming & Outgoing phone calls.
∎ Assist interview session.
∎ Prepare Monthly attendance and OT report.
∎ Welcome Guest and send them to concern person.
∎ Received Parcel, Courier, Bills and distribute to concern Department/Person.
∎ Supervise Corporate Office Housekeeping work.
∎ Maintain register i.e.: Car Register, Movement Register etc.
∎ Any other administration work assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should be presentable.
∎ Applicants must have good knowledge in M.S Office.
∎ Energetic and Dynamic.
