• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.

• Sound understanding of the national education system and curriculum structure.        

• Proficiency in MS Office and communication tools.       

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

This role involves monitoring curriculum changes, policy updates, and regulatory developments. The incumbent will collect, analyze, and communicate relevant information from NCTB to ensure timely alignment with national education policies.

Liaison and Coordination:

• Maintain regular communication and liaison with NCTB officials.

• Track and follow up on NCTB decisions, curriculum developments, and textbook policy updates.

• Represent the organization in NCTB meetings, seminars, and workshops.

Information Gathering:

• Collect and analyze information on curriculum changes, circulars, and education-related directives.

• Document and archive all relevant communications, notices, and circulars received from NCTB.

Communication & Reporting:

• Prepare and share periodic reports on NCTB updates with the management and relevant departments.

• Ensure timely dissemination of important policy changes to internal stakeholders.

• Maintain effective communication with schools, colleges, NGOs, and other educational institutions as required.

Documentation & Regulatory Compliance:

• Gather and maintain copies of official circulars, notifications, and revised textbooks issued by NCTB.

• Monitor and report on regulatory and policy changes affecting educational publishing and curriculum standards.

Public Relations Activities:

• Assist in maintaining a positive institutional relationship with NCTB and other educational authorities.

• Support the PR team in developing communication strategies aligned with education sector regulations.
