Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle phone calls incoming/outgoing with greetings in a professional way.
∎ Receive letters, messages, and documents and pass them to proper places/persons and keep records.
∎ Provide necessary information to the Client and take messages.
∎ Internal & External clients handle with good smiley mannerism and well behavior.
∎ Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures and rules.
∎ Received phone call & transfer it to the concerned person.
∎ Check bills/documents that come to reception & send it to respective department.
∎ Provide general administrative support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): communication skill, Receptionist/ Front Desk
∎ Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
∎ Consistent, professional dress and manner.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
∎ Good time management skills.
∎ Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
∎ Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.
