∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Immigration & Education Consultancy Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet, assist and/or direct immigrants, visitors and the general public
∎ Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries whenever possible
∎ Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
∎ Support the Directors and other employees
∎ Performs receptionist functions
∎ Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system
∎ Provide word-processing and secretarial support
∎ Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
∎ Able to convert students successfully
∎ Receive and deliver mails
∎ Perform other related duties as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Preferably 1 year experienced. Fresh graduates also can apply.
∎ Well spoken in English & Bangla
∎ 1 year of work experience preferred
∎ Computer skills including the ability to work in spreadsheet and word processing programs
∎ NSU/AIUB/IUB students will get preference.
∎ Must be outspoken and eagerness to learn.
∎ Must be able to join by 1st March
Salary:
